Job Descriptions

Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
Candidate should provide engineering support.
Should able for admission tickets, including extensive troubleshooting and debugging, with responsibilities covering multiple product lines.
Should be work on projects based coding maintenance, primarily in Perl or shell scripts, web technologies, and Java-based projects.
Read and understand complex application code and make code fixes to resolve support issue.
Develop tools to help operations and maintenance.
System and Support status reporting.
The ownership of one or more products or digital components.
Customer notification and workflow coordination and monitoring to maintain service level agreements.

Eligibility

Must have good communication skills both written and oral.

The candidate Should be a Graduate.

B.Tech/BE, M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc, BCA

Knowledge Requirements

Must have good communication skills both written and oral.

Able understand the tools available to for analysis.

Quick learner and relocatable.
